‘All who use language should be concerned whether statements and facts agree, whether language is, in Orwell’s words, ‘largely the defense of the indefensible’ and whether language ‘is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind’.’

    –     William Lutz

(English professor; author of Double-Speak: The Use of Language to Deceive You)

There’s no doubt about it- social media can be absolute energy overwhelm for the Empath.

Social Media is many things. A living breathing organism, animated by the minds, lives thoughts and desires of all the heaving humanity around us. But also a SIMulated world – of unreality – where people are one thing but can present as another. Shown at our very best or our worst, fulfilling the shifting public taste from streamlined photoshop images to authenticity in all its sweaty, wrinkled grey-haired glory.

It’s a beast with no conscience.  A MegaMammon with no administrator. A relentless hunger as vast as a cosmic black hole. Carrying the capacity for types of torture and trauma that cannot yet be named. It’s a fascinating blank page on which we write our dreams, grow our companies, and showcase our brilliant stories.

But it’s also a wondrous portal to the global community.  The opportunity for total lies or total truth. The hunting ground for inspiration. The artist’s greatest dream and worst nightmare.

On social media we can shine or hide, laugh loudly and silently weep. We find old friends  again, and know well  its gift during natural disasters, outlining events as they unfold. It’s a doorway to the hell of wars and the seeming unreality of peace. It’s a platform for your message. And the entrepreneur’s hope.

It’s so many of these things and more.

But there are very deep-seated terrifying issues and problems created by social media that prophets such as George Orwell foretold.

Doublespeak is language that deliberately obscures, disguises, distorts, or reverses the meaning of words.

It can take the form of euphemisms  (e.g. “downsizing” for layoffs, “servicing the target” for bombing), where it’s primarily meant to make the truth sound more palatable. It may also refer to intentional ambiguity in language or actual inversions of meaning. In such cases, doublespeak disguises the nature of the truth.

Doublespeak is most closely associated with political language.

‘What is really important in the world of doublespeak is the ability to lie, whether knowingly or unconsciously, and to get away with it; and the ability to use lies and choose and shape facts selectively, blocking out those that don’t fit an agenda or program.’

   – Edward S Hermann (political economist and media analyst)

In our time, political speech and writing are largely the defence of the indefensible … Thus, political language has to consist largely of euphemism, question-begging and sheer cloudy vagueness … the great enemy of clear language is insincerity. Where there is a gap between one’s real and one’s declared aims, one turns as it were instinctively to long words and exhausted idioms, …’

  –  George Orwell

This experiment suggests certain analogies between the environments created for rats by the scientists and the environments created for us humans by language and the various mass media of communication. Like the saccharine environment, an environment created or infiltrated by doublespeak provides the appearance of nourishment and the promise of survival, but the appearance is illusionary and the promise false’

  –  Terrence P. Moran of the US National Council of Teachers of English comparing the use of doublespeak in the mass media to laboratory experiments conducted on rats, where a batch of rats were deprived of food, before one half was fed sugar and water and the other half a saccharin solution

So why do I bring up this awful spectre of DoubleSpeak?

I think you know. If you are an Empath – you well know.

The social media environment is a cesspool of DoubleSpeak. Our times are as riddled with doublespeak, as swiss cheese is with holes. We all do it. Those who are activists do it to protect ourself. And some do it to simply fc*k with the minds of others.

To put it bluntly.

The term ‘Code talkers’ refers to a group of people in the 20th century who utilized little-known languages as a means of secret communication during wartime. The term is now usually associated with United States service members during the world wars who used their knowledge of Native American languages as a basis to transmit coded messages. In particular, there were approximately 400–500 Native Americans in the US Marine Corps whose primary job was the transmission of secret tactical messages.

Code talkers transmitted these messages over military telephone or radio communications nets using formal or informally developed codes  built upon their native languages . Their service improved the speed of encryption  of communications at both ends in front line operations during WW I.

The name code talkers is strongly associated with bilingual Navajo  speakers specially recruited during WW II by the Marines to serve in their standard communications units in the Pacific Theater. Code talking, however, was pioneered by the Cherokee and Choctaw peoples during World War I.

Bear with me, I bring all these things to you for a reason.

If you’re in the know, you know already, you won’t need explanations. If you’re new to all this, watch this space and learn. It’s a jigsaw puzzle of many pieces that come together to make the frightening big picture of online predators and tactics used.

Have you heard of Signifyin’?

Many haven’t, and yet you’re exposed to it on a daily basis in many subtle ways.

It’s a fascinating Afro-American term, and signifies a code born in the era of slavery.

‘Signifyin’ (sometimes written “signifyin(g)“) (vernacular), is a wordplay. It’s a practice in Afro-American culture  involving a verbal strategy of indirection that exploits the gap between the denotative and figurative meanings of words. A simple example would be insulting someone to show affection. Other names for signifyin’ include: “Dropping lugs, joaning, sounding, capping, snapping, dissing, busting, bagging, janking, ranking, toasting, woofing, putting on, or cracking.”

‘Signifyin’ directs attention to the connotative text-bound significance of words, which is accessible only to those who share the cultural values of a given speech community. The expression comes from stories about the Signifying Monkey, a trickster figure said to have originated during slavery in the United States.

In most of these narratives, the Monkey manages to dupe the powerful Lion by signifying.’

Do I need elaborate further on the online use of Signifyin’?

A great tool in times of slavery, secrecy and severe danger – but  a nightmare in the hands of despots, fascists and fools, no matter the cultural background or heritage.  All the codes I’m writing of have deviated from the original motive, and are being used by others with extremely different and sinister motives.

Any Empath worth their salt can smell Signifyin’ in the wrong hands at a hundred paces.

And any Empath reading these words can well read between these lines.

I’m counting on that.

There’s an absolutely undeniable correlation between the magical symbols of the magician and the virtual magical codes created by contemporary computer wizards.

We need to recognise the incredible power held within the world of data coding that mimics and effectively encapsulates the natural magic of the real and original humans. The occulted knowledge held within symbols and codes has again, undeniably been carried over into the world of the computer wizard. Both the computer wizard and the magician of the dark arts seek to create a servant, a golem – a manufactured creature to do their bidding.

The questions I’m beginning to ask here are these: can a robotic intelligence utter – the word? Can the breath of life be inhaled by a machine and exhaled as the language of God? Are you aware of the immensity of the usage of computer technology to attempt to program and assimilate you? Yes, it IS like the Borg. The collective vision may not be as enlightened as we think. The true vision is much higher and comes from an utterly different perspective.

I’m excited to explore these questions with you and really look into the world of technology and its metallic grip on humanity’s mind, heart, body and soul. Just what kind of a conduit is it really? What are the subliminal messages coming through, are there covert messages within the overt?

Just how many technical wizards are actually black magicians? And what is their agenda?

GangStalking is simply a combined form of community mobbing and organised stalking.

GangStalking is organised harassment at it’s best. It’s the targeting of an individual for revenge, jealousy, sport, or to keep them quiet, etc.

It’s organised, widespread, and growing. Some describe this form of harassment as, ‘a psychological attack that can completely destroy a persons life, while leaving little or no evidence to incriminate the perpetrators.’

The people getting targeted seem to be (single) woman, minorities, outspoken individuals, whistle-blowers, dissidents, people who have gone against large corporations, etc.

The goal is to sensitize the target to a stimuli, isolate the target, make them destitute. The secondary goals seem to be to make the target homeless, jobless, give them a breakdown, and the primary goal seems to be to drive the target to suicide.

Gang stalking for many is seen as a game, a sport to be played with another individuals life. Many don’t understand or care that the end consequence of this game is to destroy a person.

Gang stalking is both an addictive behaviour, and  a form of entertainment for  stalkers. There’s a vicious kind of pleasure they derive from bullying their victim. Clearly they love being ‘in control’.

To the perpetrators, their targets  are merely their prey, in an endless game. But make no mistake,  whatever the reasoning behind it, this is a vicious and calculated hate crime.

There’s been no better invention in the world of the sociopath than social networking, who effectively use it to:

  • Manipulate
  • Control
  • Spy and Stalk
  • Create a false persona

The Sociopath is a masterful magician wearing the mask of illusion.

They are, simply put, masterful and obsessed game players, who use social networking as a tool.

So, in this online world of Signifyin’, Sociopaths, DoubleSpeak, Codetalkers, lies, black magic and Gangstalking – how does the sensitive Empath survive, sanity intact? Staying alive and in fact – thriving?

If you’re an Empath, you are extremely highly sensitive. Some of us admit to being telepathic. Well, we are.

And as any Empath well knows, the gift is multi-faceted and can also hold what seems like a curse.

The downside of our gift can seem to be our absolute knowing when someone is lying to us. We know it without a doubt.

And yet, we feel we cannot turn to people and accuse them of being liars. That’s simply too heavy-handed and feels abusive to the sensitive Empath.

But let’s examine the impact of a lie on the psyche of one who knows they’re being lied to.

It feels like a knife to the heart. A stomach punch. Like acid thrown in our face. Like a diseased intention to blind us to what we have no doubt is the truth.

It feels as though the fabric of our world has been ripped asunder and toxic chemicals are pouring forth into pure clear waters.

As though the meaning of love in this strange world is really hate.

In my Spiritual Counselling work, I’ve been asked by many clients how to deal with their partner’s use of social media.

I often hear about the pain caused by seeing their loved one flirting  on Facebook or other social media in ways that would be unacceptable in the offline world.

We acknowledge ruefully that this is a new area for humanity – the social rules, map and moral compass living within our DNA, seems to have been lost by many when it comes to social media and technology.

The use and abuse of this medium has become so coded and subtle that it’s very hard to pin down another on the way they are communicating.

The global use of code language online has now become a deeply entrenched global phenomenon  that no court could begin to address.

The codes can be changed at any time and those who don’t wish to participate in the games are virtually shunned or left as an outsider in their own communities. The walking wounded and social media casualties, and yes, even deaths, are too numerous to count.

Cyber assault is an invisible disease, a vicious virus.

So. Don’t think you’ll simply get by as an intuitive and smart Empath – no matter the seasoned warrior you are.

We CANNOT ignore what’s going on online, and if you do, you’re VERY likely to be a victim. Because they smell the sweetness of your good soul and it smells delicious to them. You MUST realise you’re dealing with pure predators who have sold their souls. Knowing this, you have the key to your survival.

As a sensitive, you have an extremely heightened nervous system and awareness to the subtle and powerful energies constantly swirling around you. You’re also very affected by light, sound and also to the thoughts of others – little do they know.

Although the toxic representatives of humanity are VERY aware of your sensitivity – because this is their hunting ground.

Food for a Psi-Vampire is your emotional reaction to their attacks. Anything they can do to put you off balance and hurting is a meal on the table for them. And fulfils their bloodlust on a psychic level. That’s basically what it is. That’s the true nature of the conscienceless animal we are dealing with.

You need strategies to deal with the online psychopaths and sociopaths – they think differently and come from the crazed mindset of the Beast. The very first things you need to learn how to do on a very regular basis (and also at need) are the following:

  •  Turn Off and Tune Out – unplugging from the mainframe is the greatest gift you can ever give yourself, my very dear friend.
  • Cleanse and Clear Out – Clear the energies that are coming at you from every direction. These energies also build up and get dense, so it’s important to release them to the earth for recycling or return to sender. It’s a wild world and there are many negative energies floating around us. Don’t be alarmed, just open the windows, let the light in, light some white candles, and any clearing ritual you know. This can include sprinkling salt, use of Himalayan salt lamps, smudging with White Sage or Palo Santo; Feng Shui the entire place, ring Tao bells and clap the darkness out of corners, and so on.
  • Music is Magic – Mantras are also brilliant and powerful – find the spiritual path you feel deeply aligned with and the spirit guides associated with that path will assist you when you call.
  •  Trust what you know and feel – You’re not an Empath for no reason. You’re an ancient and wise soul from other worlds, you’ve been around the universe a few times. You know demon when you see it
  •  Get Real & Get Out – get out of slimy online holes where worms and predators dwell. You know where they are. And you know WHO they are. So, get yourself out of there and delete and block where possible. You won’t miss them. Promise.
  •  Check in and Check out – Feel into what’s going on. Realise immediately when the energy of another is enmeshing and attempting to merge with your own. Disconnect. Cut those ties, which are really the tentacles of a psi-vampire. Use an invisible sword if needed – just cut those ties.
  • Ground and Connect – If you’re feeling spaced out and disconnected, the very best thing you can do for yourself is to go outside, let your bare feet touch the earth and the sun and wind caress your skin. Not only will this lift your heart and shift the space, it will feed your soul in ways you cannot even imagine.
  • Listen to your Soul – You don’t need a guru. Most of them are predators.  Very skilled and charming predators. If by chance you find a teacher who really has your best interests at heart – you’ve found gold. But keep checking – even the best of them are open to corruption, so never let your vigilance slip or your guard down. This is incredibly important. For your survival.
  • Pray to God – God listens. And sees it all. Know that at the end of the day God will have the final say. Rest in the knowing that you don’t have to take vengeance against those who have harmed you, because it will be taken care of, in God’s own good time.

So, you’re now aware of the magicians, witches (black ones), sorcerers, psychopaths and sociopaths, GangStalkers, bullies and creeps that inhabit the internet (if you weren’t already).

Some of these may be closer to home than you want to know.

Sadly, the Empath realises with harsh experience that not all who smile at you are your friend. Not all those you trust and tell your secrets can be trusted. Enemies come in all guises and masks. You gather enemies just by virtue of being your sweet self. Never underestimate the jealous spirit of another. Those who feel threatened by you in some way WILL resort to any means to bring you down. Fighting it head-on doesn’t always work. And can just wear you down. A fight is what they love. It’s fuel to their fire.

The best revenge is success.   Be great to yourself. Treat yourself like gold. Do something, anything else rather than give them your attention. Be you as beautifully as you are. If no one celebrates you online – celebrate yourself. You don’t need the approval of online folks to legitimise your existence, who you are and what you have to say. Chances are that there are some really good folks NOT online who really appreciate what you have to bring to the world.

You have a right to be here, just as the sun, moon and stars – YOU are a beloved child of God. Who wants you to be happy., Because that’s your birthright. Don’t let anyone take that from you. It’s not theirs to take.  Your destiny is yours and yours only.

Don’t play the game.

You are here to dismantle the game – never forget this. Nothing is ever as it seems with the online sociopath, so remember this and establish NO Contact.

Because you’re so very worth it!
